I’m Jeff Darcy, and I offer online, in-person, and nature-based psychotherapy and life coaching for individuals. Clients see me for a variety of concerns from depression, anxiety, and life transitions to relationships, performance enhancement, and spirituality.

Loneliness is an unfortunate consequence of modern life, which often leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves, each other, and our environment. My approach to therapy reminds us that no one is alone. Our work together is collaborative and contextual. I help provide a bridge between the person and the environment, the individual and the collective.

About Me
My background is diverse. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked as an engineer, a teacher, and a facilitator. Learning to listen to my inner wisdom has helped guide my career choices. I Meaningful work is an integral part of happiness. When your heart speaks, take good notes.

We are all connected. Yet, sometimes the mind creates the illusion of separation. Ecotherapy acknowledges our interdependence with each other and the web of life. Sometimes our mental health is affected by a perceived separation from nature and global environmental concerns like climate change. I aim to create a safe, comfortable environment where you can feel connected - to the different parts of yourself, to your communities, and to your environment.
